The Exposure Lights Big Night Out, the first event in the Chain Reaction Marathon Series and at Builth Wells.
Every year the Big Night Out grows in popularity and entrants. Last year's winner Nick Craig (SCOTT sponsored by Exposure Lights) finished the 50km course in just over 2 hours and Trevor Allen a USE employee came home in 9th only15 mins adrift of the winning time. The race takes place over Saturday night and is followed by a series of marathons on Sunday of varying lengths depending on ability and how much you pushed yourself the night before.

The event is being held in Newcastleton on the 22-23rd May 2010 and is creating a buzz between the top 24 hour solo riders. The event is exclusive to solo competitors putting each rider on an equal standing to prove who is the best endurance athlete. The race is being held at the beginning of the season so there are no excuses of fatigue from other solo outings. Big names in the 24 hour world have already signed up showing their colours in trying to prove they are the best and most determined rider on the course.

Bike Radar Live 09 was the first festival run by Future Publishing to draw together all aspects of cycling into one arena. The weekend was a diverse spectacle with Dual Slalom, night cross country mountain biking and road riding races some of which were on Bromptons. This year's event has moved to Brands Hatch and Future will again be bringing together a similar mix of events for interest to all riders.

Bontrager 24/12 is widely recognised as the best riders event of its type in the year. The event now in its 5th year has settled at Newham Park Plymouth. With 24 and two 12 hour races within that period it offers a lot. A great course, friendly atmosphere and plenty to see and do make this a highlight of the racing calendar. We're looking forward to taking our part in supporting a well organised and supported event.

USE exhibited its products and enjoyed the sun and blue skies in what was an inspiring event for all competing. With little language experience between us the teams we took across were a little detracted from the social aspect of the weekend, but teaming up with the Cadbury riders lead to a great atmosphere in the pit area and a real buzz in the competition and achievements made by all of us. The race was a new experience to most of us, not having competed over that distance and in the heat that Le Mans provided. However we all had big grins on our faces at work on Monday morning.
We are all ready to get back out there and show the rest of the teams how to do it British style
