The South Downs TRIPLE!
The South Downs Double has long been an iconic target for long distance cyclists. The 200miles from Winchester to Eastbourne and back again has become a medal of honour for all who have been successful. One such rider is Richard Sterry. He completed the double in a time of 23hours 31minutes back in 2009, a fantastic achievement by any standards. This was not enough though! This past weekend Dave was one of the lucky few to take part in the Olympic Torch relay. Dave carried the Olympic flame through the small Welsh town of Pontypridd in Wales.
