All unnecessary weight is removed. These high efficiency cooling features rapidly dissipate the heat generated by the high-powered LED’s and electronics.

The aluminium bodywork is hard anodised to produce a ceramic aluminium oxide surface that is extremely tough and durable. This is superior to any painted or normal anodised surfaces. offering outstanding resistance to wear and corrosion

All lights benefit from our patented Intelligent Thermal Management (ITM) technology, which actively protects the system from overheating. In situations where airflow is minimal, such as when a vehicle is stationary, output is automatically reduced to maintain safe operating temperatures This could occur if the vehicle is static for a period of time, so that the cooling air flow if minimal. In this situation the power will be reduced. As soon as airflow is restored, the system immediately detects the improved cooling and returns the light to full output within seconds.

To maintain maximum beam efficiency over time, we use toughened glass for the front lenses, obviating the performance degradation to which plastic lenses are susceptible.
