I lost my old TraceR rear light after making, what in hindsight, was a poorly made mount to go on my pannier. I was gutted, as it was still going strong after years of daily commuting! I looked at countless reviews and specs. of other light brands hoping for some new exciting tech. I eventually came back to Exposure as something in my head kept saying "Don't compromise, get the best!" I'm glad I did. The Trace will primarily live on the road bike and the TraceR 4 React will cover all my biking needs. This rear light gives me confidence in any situation especially commuting through busy traffic daily on my cross bike with pannier rack. The additional side clip brackets are great quality, strong and give me the mounting options that I need. Finally, I do not recommend 3rd party copy, 3d printed, Go Pro style brackets! They are simply not strong enough. Mine cracked and was a waste of money.
I only installed the mount a couple of weeks ago. However, it fits on the Van Rysel mount out of the box. I've been using a Trace front light and the mount has worked well. It is secure over very bumpy terrain and an improvement on the similar mount that is open downwards (my light would bounce out).

Exactly what I was looking for. I have used my trace/tracer for years and this simple mount keeps it secure on the bottom of my computer mount. Well done, great product.
Got one on almost all my bikes, mom t neatly under a garmin mount, which in turn masks the light from shining in my eyes when riding but makes me very visible to cars

Good wee bracket which fits on the bottom of my GPS mount. Ideal because the light catches your field of vision and is distracting with the standard mount, but with this it is hidden under my computer. Looks really neat.

If you look very closely you can just see my purchase under the bar, as well as the aero seat post mount…it had just started to snow! Trace lights and mounts saved me through a 39km decent back to the car in pouring rain and failing light. Don’t leave home without them. Ty Iain.
