Good solution for my MTB, where the dropper and frame shape doesn’t leave space for a standard “bungee” mount without fouling the dropper. Plus the light is higher, more visible and less caked in crud from the back wheel

Pretty much the only saddle rail mount that works with my seat rails - I run it slammed forwards so needed a mount that could bolt onto the flared rails.
Very well made a light. This even mounts on the rails going up as my saddle is slammed forward. Definitely does not warrant 1 star as below. There is a pdf at the bottom of the page with all the measurements.
I really like this rear light. Clear-colored lens, bright red LED. The fit is very good. However, this required modification. The saddle rail flexes, requiring longer bolts and nuts.
The machined alloy is too thin and bends. It cannot take the force of being torqued down with the bolts, tight enough so that the bracket doesn’t slip on the rails. First ride out, I descended some rough gravel, at speed, and at the end of the ride the light was hanging on for dear life. I was lucky not to loose the light itself. I had to straighten out the alloy in a vice, then add grip tape for it not to slip. (But it’s still bent after torquing down) Also, the plastic for the side mount is FLEXY! And bends out making the flare light rattle. I have had to stop mid ride to bed the clip back to make it tighter. What the hell?! Why didn’t you guys just make it out of the same plastic that the standard, included mount is made that comes with the flash/flare lights? They are rock solid. I was really excited for this product, looking for a slick looking , yet solid performing under saddle light setup. This has me worried my rear light will pop out on any given ride, which would be dangerous. I don’t want to loose my rear light on a night commute on the roads. I LOVE your lights. Had them for years but this bracket leaves a lot to be desired. Regards, Ben
Pay close attention to the way round the screw is, it can't be swapped around so it's not suitable for some Exposure lights
