Didn’t realise I could get a replacement band, but spotted it when ordering a clip to centre mount my wife’s front light. Easy to change out and back to easy access to the charging port

Unfortunately, the little tab on the band that you use to pull down to expose the charging port starts to fail after a couple of years of regular use. Being able to buy a replacement is really handy. Thank you, Exposure Lights, for doing this, as it allows us to keep our lights going just that little bit longer.

This band is very slightly larger than the original band and occasionally rotates, making it difficult to find the button. However, as my light is an older mkII TraceR, that's probably not surprising. It's still a significantly better option than replacing an otherwise perfectly good light.

I ordered two ie a replacement and a spare band for the rear tracer light (I lost one within a week of buying the light) these profiled rubber bands are easy to lose and without one in place the lamp would be vulnerable to water and salt splash from the road).
After postage it seemed an expensive mistake.
